    The Harris Health Center offers a learning experience, and the opportunity to help individuals in our community suffers with Mental health problems. Good work environment, Depends on what location you are at the leadership is good. No micromanaging.

    No room for advancement in same position unless you accept a new position.

    Excellent PTO, Flexible, Many Awesome CoWorkers

    Cons

    Unprofessional management, lack of empathy, unrealistic expectations, favoritism, some of the doctors are bullies and obviously in their positions only for ego and money.

    Personality transplant for the upper management.

    Helping people in the community, the harris center is very well connected. The new ceo is trying to get the company on track.

    Cons

    low wages to experienced staff. They do no credit positions for previous experience in your field. poor communication throughout the agency and HR. experienced staff start at base pay.

    I have a great boss. Great coworkers.The PTO, insurance, and retirement plans are a great perk . Some of the upper management are very engaged and put plans in place to afford upward mobility to the staff.

    Some parts of the agency lack professionalism.

    Upgrade communication system and encourage more cross training between departments.

    Many toxic ego-driven managers; Overdone training requirements for folks who are already professionals; Unrealistic workloads; Not enough actual concern for the clients

    Advice to Management

    Check your ego and perceived level of expertise - you're not as good as you think you are. Damage is being done to professionals who work or have worked at the agency.
