    Pros

Great technology and environment for exchanging ideas and developing new technology.

    Advice to Management

Care more about employee needs and they'll take care of delivering great products.

    Pros

    Good benefits. Interesting work.

    Cons

Senior management doesn't care about the employees especially if you are over 55. Good 'ol boy's club in some areas makes it hard to advance your career in support functions like Quality or Configuration Management.

    Pros

Good autonomy, flexible hours, flexible vacation, good benefits, fair pay, fair policies, advancement opportunities available

    Cons

Unclear expectations, little to no guidance for juniors, people seen as robots instead of humans, low quality high quantity work preferred by management, very few women, few people who don't act like robots

    Advice to Management

Figure out how to transitions your written policies into practice and management style. And when an employee continuously states they are unhappy and underutilized, tangible choices for change would be most supportive.

I worked at Harris full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Excellent Work Life, pay , PTO and over all benefits.

    Cons

Training is lacking since they do not get many new people outside of engineering. Most people have worked together over 25 years and a lot of foundational training is missed. There is also an atmosphere of passive-aggression. Co-workers won't discuss issues with you directly but instead will go to your manager or other co-workers.

    Advice to Management

    Training needs to improve.
