The place offers a great base salary and opportunities for bonuses when needed.
Cons
Zero opportunity for advancement, poor communication from management and the employees can be very unprofessional. The establishment is always understaffed.

Most Depressing place

Some of the people who work there are nice. If you don't work there to help the elderly who will? Certainly not me ever again.
Cons
The Nurses are TERRIBLY understaffed which makes a lot of them disgruntled (understandably). At the end of the day, though, it's the customers (elderly and handicapped residents) who suffer because they don't get any real attention. The Company gets away with it because they know that nurses (and others who work in that industry) generally want to help people and are willing to be overworked and abused to help alleviate the super crappy environment these folks have to live in. Every day I would wash dishes and some of the residents would wheelchair over to the window just so they could watch . . . that's how depressing this place is for them! All the pictures on the walls seem to be from the 70's and are sun-faded.
