    Pros

    Free lunch and not much else

    Cons

    The owner is a nite mare. Egomaniac, rude, flies off the handle without being provoked. Will yell & scream about stupid things. Takes no responsibility for failures, only successes. Revolving door of staff, they could save huge money if they would treat staffs well so they would stay. Micromanagement, and they actually expect people to rat out coworkers when someone makes a mistake. Banquet manager drinks and smokes pot on job. Real PRO place to work. NOT.

    Pau attention to comments, learn from these advices.

    Pros

    Not many pros for working for this company. Direct bosses in Events department were cool.

    Cons

    Upper management very aggressive, hectic, rude and disorganized. Little room for growth. High turnaround. No company benefits for this position.

    Advice to Management

    Treat employees better and care about each department equally.

    Pros

    It is very busy during the summer which means that there are opportunities to make a lot of money. The uniform is casual The coworkers are really nice.

    Cons

    Management sucks. They do not treat their employees with respect. They talk about employees to their peers. They are very rude and nasty. It is a seasonal job and the peak of business is during the summer.

    Advice to Management

    Start treating your employees better. Hire cooks who know what they are doing. Try to help your servers sometimes instead of barking orders and criticizing. Learn how to work as a team.

    Pros

    Coworkers are awesome people. They are very helpful and we work well together.

    Cons

    Half of the management sucks. They do not treat all of their employees fairly. Some of them are very rude and nasty to the staff.

    Learn how to talk to people.

    Great Friendly work environment.
    The work you do is really easy once you get the hang of it.

    Cons

    My biggest issue was that management didn't train their new hires, they expected you to just learn as you go which is very hard when your with other people trying to do their own duties.

    Train your new hires and that will keep your employers longer and customers happier.

    Pros

    Fun place with lots of history. Most guests are really excited to be there. Great hourly co-workers who stick with the company despite its flaws because they've made great friends.

    Cons

    Management makes a lot of promises and rarely fulfills them. Not always the most professional.
