    Pros

This company has many locations around the Metro Atlanta area giving you a number of options as far as commute if there are jobs available. If your hungry humble and smart you will advance with this company. Difficult to get fired.

    Cons

Very little advancement opportunities unless you were working at the corporate office. They will pay you as little as physically possible. They are far too slow to fire when there is an employee that is clearly no longer a good fit for the company. I have seen this on a number of occasions where a staff member has become a detriment, not an asset and management is too scared to let them go. This ends up dragging all the staff down and therefore production and efficiency as well.

    Advice to Management

Be slow to hire and quick to fire. Pay your employees what they are worth. This will decrease the large turnover rate and end up increasing profits as production, efficiency, and company loyalty will increase. You will also spend less money constantly having to train new people. The agents hate staff turnover.

I have been working at Harry Norman, Realtors full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

You can do the job with your eyes closed! Great job to have to get office experience if you are fresh out of college or in college.

    Cons

You can do the job with your eyes closed. No challenge and overall the staff is so old that even if you want to do more they will reject it because they don't like change in the office. There are a lot of negative staff that poorly reflects on the office, new hires and your motivation to want to contribute more.

    Advice to Management

Take a look at who is running the office more closely such as office managers and brokers. They are the ones who really make staff and agents stay or leave. There are more negative staff than positive and that's due to lack of control from Corporate management enforcing policies across all offices. Leaving staff who is stuck in their ways hinders the company regardless if they have been an employee for 20 plus years. They need to either get on board with the future or leave. Simple! Keeping non-contributing staff bring downs the company.
