    Pros

The best thing about this company by far is the people. Each unit is like a an extended family. The benefits are good. The company is big enough and has so many different units that there is room to grow and move around.

    Cons

The work load can be heavy at times. There are times when the work week is longer than 40 hours.

    Advice to Management

There is room for upper management to be more appreciative of their people and to be more open about how the company is doing.

    Pros

Very relaxed environment, Casual Dress, Competitive Pay, Great Benefits, Thorough Training, Advancement Opportunities, Encouragement to maintain a Healthy Work/Life Balance

My husband passed and I had been off work for 2 years before coming to Harte-Hanks.. I appreciate the positive energy and smiles that I see everyday. The ongoing training is awesome. I've been doing Customer Service for over 10 years and Harte-Hanks is by far the most employee friendly

    Cons

My personal opinion is that WE need to hire more mature associates. I like that WE give everybody a chance BUT some of the people are really childish and if allow yourself to fall into that type of thing you are doomed to FAIL..

    Advice to Management

I really like the environment and MOST people in my center take their jobs very seriously. I like sitting around people who take PRIDE in their work. You can hear the smiles in the agents voice and thats an awesome feeling. Knowing that you are NOT ALONE and that WE really are a TEAM is the best feeling ever!

I have been working at Harte Hanks full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Modern marketing agency which attracts bright talent, great clients, and interesting projects.
     - Growing company has lots of room for advancement and new ideas.
     - Work/life balance is excellent, especially for a marketing/ad agency.
     - Compensation and benefits are competitive.
     - Being owned by Harte Hanks means additional career stability
     - You get the best of both worlds: a small company "I matter and can make a difference" feel combined with the security and benefits of a large global corporation with a long history

    Cons

    - Can get very busy at times due to high demand for our services so you must be comfortable juggling many responsibilities and projects at once. That being said, the agency has a very "family and life first" mentality so when conflicts arise management does all they can to help balance the load.
     - Overall strategic direction of the agency is a little unclear at times. Parent company Harte Hanks has not done the best job figuring out how best to utilize and support Mason Zimbler within their larger umbrella of services.

    Advice to Management

    - Company culture is great and vitally important, keep up the great work there.
     - Keep standards high for what talent we hire and projects we take on.
