    Pros

Friendly management, Most staff seem excited to work here

    Cons

There seems to be high attrition or many who leave in a short period of time

    Advice to Management

Remember to be open to your employees and not act bothered when approached. Though this is only directed at the few. Most in management are quite friendly.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Harte Hanks full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Decent benefits and three weeks of PTO, extensive and useful training classes that last one to three weeks before you're put in a production environment.

    Cons

Poorly organized. Doesn't care about high turnover, employee satisfaction, or promoting fairly. Pays anywhere from $8.50-$10 per hour to my knowledge, and that just wasn't enough based on how stressful the job is.

    Advice to Management

Start promoting from within departments, care more about employee stress levels and satisfaction at the entry level so there isn't such a high turnover, organize operations more efficiently
