I have been working at Hartmann international (Less than a year)

    Pros

The managers are very flexible when it comes to scheduling, understanding and patient when it comes to training the new employees

    Cons

Some of the employees are not very inviting or welcoming, pay is not very good, older employees do not like any type of change

    Advice to Management

I would advise management to remind the employees that change is inevitable so they need to be more open-minded and welcoming

I worked at Hartmann international full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

There used to be a lot of pros working for Hartmann but not anymore! Since the senior management changed the company went down hill and is still going down hill. Recruited some extremely rubbish managers.

    Cons

The current management is poor. Some have been through mediation more than once because they clearly don't have the skills to manage sales people. The contracts have all changed for the worse. This is no longer a family friendly company.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the management and you might recruit some fantastic people.

I have been working at Hartmann international full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Stabile Branche, grosser Konzern mit starker Präsenz in Europa (Deutschland, Frankreich, Spanien, Schweiz und Tchechien hauptsächlich). Finanziell stabil Eigenkapitalquote bei 60%.

    Cons

Stagnierender Umsatz, starke/ agressive Konkurrenten. Sehr konservatives Unternehmen (risiko-avers). Prozesse nicht gut zwischen Abteilungen abgestimmt. Der CEO verlässt 2018 das Unternehmen, daher nicht viele Veränderungen kurzfristig erwartet.

    Advice to Management

Mehr Risikos eingehen und stärker investieren, nur so kann die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Konzerns langfristig sichergestellt werden. Mitarbeiter promovieren anstatt neue einzustellen (für hohe Positionen).
