    Pros

If you work hard you make good commissions.

    Cons

It's a small organization and the owners do not know about recruiting. Too many spoons in the pot. Everyone has an expectation that is way out of reach! It's not just about making money it's about having "people" skills and being able to deal with clients.

    Advice to Management

Educate yourself on how to recruit before you "manage". Hire good Account Executives. Don't expect a recruiter to pull a candidate out of a hat at a moments notice.
