I have been working at Hartzell Fan full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good benefits and plenty of over time are pros of this job. A wide range of products and processes gives you the ability to refine your skill sets.

    Cons

The leadership team has lost interest in the values that the company held for the first hundred years of existence.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the operators. Organize your shop so people can take pride in their work.
