    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Harvard Apparatus full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nice People. Some divisions are better run. The Hoefer division was a mess.

    Cons

Poor pay, poor working conditions, overt sexism.

    Advice to Management

Don't let your senior management get socially involved with much younger employees.

I worked at Harvard Apparatus full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great benefit. Tremendous opportunity for rebuilding the whole company from scratch. A lot of people are very nice to work with.

    Cons

Inexperienced leadership; misuse of talents; male leaders dominant. Leaders define themselves "smart people" not "leaders". Products are old and disorganized; no real new products; no innovation at all. Not a good place for hard working people, who really want to make the impact and want to shine. Cannot create momentum because it get killed by leaders who define themselves smart people.
