Remote work and decent pay for a call center
Cons
Since that department takes both member and provider calls there is a heavy focus on following up but no time to do so. Weekly we are given only 1 hour st time (service resolution) to follow up on unresolved calls in my briefcase (inbox) but with the call volume so high I have been called back on the phones and lose my chance to follow up and resolve previous calls. It’s gotten so bad to the point that my inbox has had unresolved cases dating back to a MONTH which is find unacceptable from both a member/provider’s side and employee view. When I reach out to my supervisor he was unable to coordinate a time for me to follow up.
