Great benefits. Great work/life balance. Lots of growth in the company. Many people move up into higher positions within 1 year. Michael Carson was a great guy. He wanted to get to know all of us and even remembered things I told him months ago. Solid guy.
Cons
None honestly. Every job has it's times of being a drag, but I couldn't have been happier with my experience and treatment from fellow employees and management.

Pros
Excellent benefits, nice location (Quincy). Great work life balance opportunity. Wonderful community activists and generous charitable donation program. Each employee has the chance to get a $500 donation YEARLY to the charity of choice!
Cons
Upper mgmt is SO out of touch with the day to day. DEFINITELY lots of favoritism between veteran mgmt and staff! Always reorganizing the comapy and laying folks off!
