I am shocked at the 5.0 reviews! Open time off is based on business needs and I have been denied more than I have been approved! Favorites. Work load is high, high turn over! Management solutions was to work more hours because I hold a salary position. Right from the beginning I was told I was expected to work more than 8 hours.
