    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Harvard University full-time

    Pros

It's Harvard — the faculty are smart. The SPH is an especially collaborative environment where there are lots of opportunities for the people who are willing to be annoying and fight for them.

    Cons

It's Harvard — the students are not so smart. Also there are lots of overly ambitious students who are annoying and will fight you for any opportunity that might be helpful to them in the future. Also they don't pay you here because it's Harvard and they know they don't have to.

    Advice to Management

Maybe try paying people more and they'll actually stay for longer than two years. Or at the very least, provide nonmonetary compensation such as more paid time off, summer hours, etc.
