I have been working at Harvard University full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great Benefits, People are Dedicated and Brilliant in Research Roles, Always Something Very Interesting Going on and to Learn

    Cons

If you don't have a PHD, your career options in Research will be limited, it is best to in the long run pursue more applied analysis in government work or nonprofit work, though this is not unique to Harvard, it is like this for all research.
