    Pros

Well equipped photographic studios as applies to studio size, cameras and accessories, computers and software. Assignments to handle, light and photograph objects spanning the entire range of the Harvard University Art Museums collections. Flexible hours. Excellent benefits and educational opportunities.

    Cons

Over the years the mandate regarding image making has moved considerably from extremely high standards, both compositionally and technically, where image quality was paramount, to a more quantity based one.

    Advice to Management

Adequate allowance of time to create the highest quality images produces the most usefullness images in all formats and uses and negates the future necessity of object handling.

I have been working at Harvard University full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Being a graduate student in SEAS at Harvard is great. HUGE pro: the administration strongly cares about students AND looks out for them.

    Cons

I guess I'd say some of the bureaucratic deadlines are negotiable, so that can be frustrating at times, but then that kind of only helps the students, sooooo.

Very weak dental coverage, such that a lot of students just opt out.

    Advice to Management

    Dental
