    Pros

Great benefits. A place to work for a long time! Too many use as a jumping off point, but this is the place that will give you long prospects.

I worked at Harvard University full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good people who'll work with you to help you meet your professional goals. Great benefits. The school works hard to provide a space where all are welcome and safe.

    Cons

As with many jobs where government funding was present, regs could get overwhelming and confusing. Technical infrastructure could use a boost.
