    Pros

Good chance to work on challenging projects throughout Western Canada. Head office in Calgary provides very good access to a vibrant city and an opportunity to enjoy the Rocky Mountains.

    Cons

Poor balance sheet. Many projects get limited in scope and execution due to lack of funds. The Korean ownership interferes with routine decisions and creates delays and confusion.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to work with and educate the Korean leadership group on a more effective decision making process. The Koreans need to provide strategic guidance but step back from day to day and project execution decisions.

    Pros

The employees of Harvest are great to work with. Friendly, helpful and polite. The benefits are very good as is the work/life balance.

    Cons

Top management is secretive and does not share any information with the staff. This is very frustrating.

    Advice to Management

Team work can go a long way! This should flow from the top down the ranks. We are all working for one company, towards the same goal.
