    Pros

Very autonomous workspace you're trusted to do your own role
Good rewards re: Commission, threshold (almost) non existent & uncapped
You can genuinely choose 'how' you Recruit here & how to expand your own personal brand
Great Clients & there's a good social aspect to the culture.

    Cons

There will be a bit of a plateau from Senior onwards - though this is perhaps more indicative of Recruitment Consulting as a whole, depending on your goals/mentality

    Advice to Management

Take team members out of the office individually on occasion to allow for better assessment of how they're finding things.
    Overall very positive
