Luxurious Company and some of the products they sell are nice. Get a discount when working to get a reduction on the products but this is limited as the clothes is so expensive the discount doesn't go far.

The management is horrible, people are two faced and judgmental. the pay is very low for what you are doing compared to the other companies in the market, the offices are old, they feel like you are in the 80's. My office had no windows and there was a leaking pipe that was not fixed ever. The lift had to be closed manually in order for it to be operated, did not feel safe. Lots of employees were leaving as I joined. My work was not appreciated and any creative ideas I had were shot down. Operations in the company are just as old as the building itself. Avoid this company if you can.

Staff discount was a good perk but would get huffed and puffed at when you needed a manger to put it through

No respect for employees. Management constantly having run ins with staff. Bad atmosphere and feeling like you’re always on your toes. Casual racism that gets laughed off. Management are bullies and senior management have no backbone. Staff keep that shop afloat they would be nothing without the amazing customer service the sales staff provide.

Managers are absolutely horrid selfish people No organisation skills Little to no humanity Managers are one big clique and if you’re not apart of that clique you won’t last here long. They loved to belittle you and treat you like children. However staff are lovely and we all get along it’s a shame a management have no support

management says they value diversity, but they are just stupid racist, and don't care about diversity. They cannot tolerate different approaches to do customer services either. Despite that, a manager approached me saying "My duty is to spot out the culprits". I was shocked that day. They treat you as some street bugs, and will try their best to make you feel down.
