I worked at Harveys Supermarkets full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The pay is appealing at first. They do offer very good benefits and potential bonus

    Cons

If you are a salary manager you can expect to work at minimum 50-60 hours a week but on average you work 13-14 hours a day and lucky if you get a break. The upper management team treat the employees like they are specks on a wall. The work load is impossible given how there is a skeleton team. If you're in management regardless what department you may be over you will end up spending more time in other departments but when asked why things weren't completed in your department noone bothers to say the reason is because you were sent to other departments

    Advice to Management

Learn how to treat your good employees and stop expecting people to be super human and perform multiple jobs in multiple departments at the same time

Great co-workers. That's about it. You can somewhat move around the store. Good luck moving up though.
