      Pros

flexible scheduling relatively laid back atmosphere company actually fixes equipment computer systems mostly work People do not seem particularly meddling if you have the department full Benefits Fairly frequent possibilities to move up due to turnover sales / profit moving in the right direction Doesnt feel like a dumpster fire

      Cons

lots of turnover fairly high amount of work to be done schedule is thursday - wednesday which still annoys me after almost a year LBI system(program of keeping up with inventory/working backstock) still needs a lot of work. Most employees are not forward thinking Seems to be a looot of turnover in front end(not my area though, cant attest to why with reasonable accuracy) Some Meat departments seem to be fairly short staffed. Seems to be the red headed step child beside SEG's other brand, Winn Dixie. "system" for working in new items seems non existent. Too many checklists.
