    Young, fresh minds bringing fresh perspectives on what "toys" really entail. A persistent fervor to include the best experiences into new products at a low cost.

    Some instances of hesitation to branch out into new areas because they strayed too far away from the brand's "core."

    I have been working at Hasbro part-time

    Pros

    Very flexible with hours within a defined framework.
    Great pay for Part Time work. Nice benefits, Vacation time, Holiday Pay, 401K
    NO evening or weekend work until Nov & Decenber.
    Very hands off management once you are trained.

    Cons

    Hours drop dramatically in January.
    Some accounts make it difficult for you to acomplish your job tasks.
    Company does not provide tablet / phone for job tasks, you use your own or go without.

    Advice to Management

    thanks for the support! An ipad would be great, too.

    Pros

    Great quality of life and knows how to increase productivity. Love half day fridays and christmas break.

    Cons

    Current system changes are slowing productivity but should only improve as the company adapts
