    Pros

Fun work environment, flexible time off, decent management, and organized. Openly provide information when asked and hold annual meetings and events for staff.

    Cons

Photo studio works in the same space as Nordstrom's 'Studio N' where it's well known their employees shoot less and get paid more. Photo studio employees start at around $14 an hour unless you're a photographer.

    Advice to Management

Pay your hard workers what Studio N gets paid.

    Pros

    - This company has a casual dress code, nobody will judge if you wear flip flop or suit to work.
    - New and spacious office in Culver, they keep it organized and very start-up environment.
    - Great people to work with, most of them are very helpful and supportive. The new HR team is great!
    - The company always try to make the work environment fun, a lot of fun activities like ice cream day, free bagel every first month of Friday, BBQ, photo booth, other seasonal celebration.
    -Very flexible and laid-back style.
-Benefits are great since they use the Nordstrom benefits, employee discount and 401k is pretty great.
-They provide shuttle to the nearest metro station, can be a huge help for someone who doesn't drive or prefer to take public transport.
    - Definitely will learn a lot specially if you're in the right department.

    Cons

    - The pay could be a little higher, consider low in the industry.
    - Turnover rates are pretty high, it seems like you always see a new person in every corner.
    - The company become stingy from year to year, specially in social event.
    - If you don't get a parking spot, it could be tough looking for a street parking
    - They don't really appreciate talent in some department, that's why people come and go all the time. They don't realize how time consuming and inefficient to train new employees all the time and they probably won't last for 6 months.
    - Not a lot of room to grow.

    Advice to Management

-Try to focus more on keeping the top talent, There are so many talented people in the company and most of them left because the management always have the mind set of "everyone is replaceable".
-Some upper management people doesn't really know what they do and it's hurting the department,
