I have been working at Havas Digital full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Great leadership (Upper Management).
Smaller agency with a friendlier feel than some of the giants out there.

    Cons

Long hours but that's expected at any media agency!

    Pros

    Good client list, modern office.

    Cons

The digital opportunities are always secondary - traditional advertising is the top priority in the Havas group (in BRazil)

    Advice to Management

Separate the digital business. Let it grow.

    Cons

The Digital Content is kind of new, so If you work here it's gonna be difficult because other areas doesn't understand quite well what are you doing

    Pros

Not many pros as such. The organization is doing really well but has a very bad culture.

    Cons

    Advice to Management

Look around. The closer you see, the lesser you'll pretend. Thanks!

I worked at Havas Digital (Less than a year)

    Pros

Its a very respected agency. Good benefits for employers. Great clients.
The departments are very organized. In the case of digital, traffckers, reporting and planning are separate areas.

    Cons

If you want a promotion or a better salary, you should probably look for another agency. Make sure you are comfortable with your starting salary, it won't be upgraded.
There's very little room for creativity. Most of the planning is tactical but not strategic.
Very high turnover, which makes results inconsistent.

    Advice to Management

Appreciate the skills your people has inside, read their resumés. Promote people from the inside. I don't understand why you hire from the outside and pay more to people who don't know the company and have no managerial skills.
