I worked at Havas Edge full-time

    Pros

Work attire is extremely casual. Feel free to roll out of bed and go to work.

    Cons

Small company with frustrating work environment and very low pay. No cultural. Strict 8am-5pm work environment with no work life balance. Good luck if you want to take a day off or even a ten minute break while working. No employee perks. Cheap if you may ask. Boring company. No outings or any type of employee appreciation events. Save yourself the trouble because you will want to leave within two weeks. Most important,...

I have been working at Havas Edge full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great location and good company culture. I started working at Havas almost exactly 5 years ago and I have seen a lot of changes for the better since then. Senior leadership has made a lot of changes to improve the company culture to the benefit of the employees and this has really helped create and maintain a positive work envirnoment. I didn't know what route I wanted to pursue when I first started working there but...

    Advice to Management

Our VP in SF recently started doing workshops for the client services group and it has helped everyone so much. My advice would be to keep them going as they are.

I have been working at Havas Edge full-time

    Pros

Sometimes you get free snacks and beer. That's really it.

    Cons

This used to be a great place to work. Things have gone downhill, fast - particularly in the Boston office. Toxic work environment with absolutely no signs of improvement. Unless you work in media out on the west coast, stay far far away from here.

I worked at Havas Edge full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    * A company culture unmatched by most and exceeded by none. "Work Hard Play Hard" is the rule of the day. * Accessible leadership all the way up to the very top. The doors are always open. I know because I've walked through them many times. *Flexibility abundant for those who earn it. Reliable and responsible employees are given the opportunity to attend to medical and family needs without having to make up stories...

    Cons

*There isn't a lot of back-patting and praise singing. *No high compensation for jobs that pretty much anyone can do. ***Advice to potential candidates: !!! Be yourself during the interview! If you're a different person than the one the team hired, it will quickly become apparent and, even more swiftly, become a problem. !!!

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing. If your way wasn't good enough, the company wouldn't exist. Any one who doesn't like it should know that "It's a big world out there."
