I worked at Havas Health and You full-time for more than 2 years

        Pros

        Good location, CEO is nice

        Cons

No leadership development opportunities, bad vacation and remote working policies leading to terrible work/life balance, compensation structure is badly developed with little transparency, groups across the company are siloed with no cross-pollination, summer Fridays policy is up for each manager to decide whether or not to implement (no enterprise-wise decisions)

        Advice to Management

        1. Get with the program - more and more companies are finding innovative ways to shape culture 2. Review your time off policies and remote working policies so it ensures good work/life balance 3. Be proactive about leadership development (or expect your employees to leave to better firms)
