    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Haverford College part-time

    Pros

Working on campus means a 5 minute walk from where you live to work and so much understanding if you have a big test coming up.

    Cons

There is little room for advancement within student jobs.

I have been working at Haverford College part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Haverford has a lot of really wonderful work-study options and I have gained a lot of work experience during my time here.

    Cons

Everyone gets paid the same base salary which is a little bit annoying when someone gets paid to do their homework and other people are actually doing work.

I worked at Haverford College part-time

    Pros

Very generous and flexible with hours, management are very understanding of circumstances outside of work. The coworkers are great, and everyone is oriented towards helping employees.

    Cons

It's a small community, which can be both a positive and a negative. Overall, such a positive experience there are few cons

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing! The changes over the last few years have been phenomenal, and have made for a very positive work environment

    Pros

A lot of freedom to try different technologies in projects

    Cons

It was occasionally tough to schedule enough hours to finish projects, but that was more my fault then the departments

I have been working at Haverford College part-time

    Pros

Great environment, helpful, cooperative, and highly intellectual. Really enjoyable experience as a young person beginning in the field. Would definitely recommend.

    Cons

Small in all departments. The small size limits your interactions with other employees, which I find to be really important in a work place.

    Advice to Management

The commitment to a small size as a school is commendable, so my chief complaint shouldn't really be taken to heart.
