Good pay, competent social work team
Cons
Terrible staffing And programming cuts since Acadia has taken over. Quality has taken a nose dive while staff and patient safety has not been a priority. There was ZERO support from corporate during covid pandemic. Just constant pressure to keep beds full despite conflicting mandates from DPH and DMH.

Can't find any. Don't know why I stayed as long as I did. Had to pay the mortgage
Cons
Toxic and cliques. Maria Jackson encourages this. She is administrator and enjoys playing one against the other. If she had it in for you, didn't matter if you did job well you were always wrong. She'd laugh and joke with you then stab you in the back just to get ahead.

Cons
Management lies when offering you the job. Offer experienced nurses multiple weeks of training yet only provided a single week yet offer new nurses 3 months. State they have an open door policy, yet when you talk to them to address the situation they fail to admit their errors or acknowledge their fault and instead will twist everything to be your fault. Working with potential violent patients yet lack of proper training and not the best management.
