I worked at Hawaii Island Air full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The weather, the poke(Hawaiian ceviche), the casual dress: Hawaiian shirts and khakis, the benefits.

    Cons

The cost of living in Honolulu; the pay: not enough to live in HI; the company training is awful; management will say anything to get a new hire to commit; the company sub-culture is very clickish.

    Advice to Management

Be honest and truthful to prospective employees and existing employees alike.
