    Pros

    Challenging job, good benefits. Low cost medical and dental coverage for the family. Better pay scale than most companies in Hawaii.

    Cons

    The Salary is too low for Hawaii’s cost of living. The work is challenging, but climate is just right in Hawaii.

    Please have respect for your employees . Then the employees will respect you.

    Interesting work in the B2C sector with many opportunities to learn and grow. Supportive team environment that allowed for career development and future opportunities within the company as well as in other markets.

    Cons

    Limited potential for bonus or other compensation package enhancements in the lower management levels, no parking onsite for majority of staff - closest parking is a downtown garage with monthly fee (approx $180)

    Continue to recruit talent that is willing to support more involvement between marketing and customer service/experience, corporate communications and sales team.

    Pros

    Family friendly with lots of flexible hours. Management pretty much leaves you alone if you do your work and keep out of trouble. If you are a self-motivated worker with self directed drives and objectives, this company is for you. If you require lots of training and direction, this company is not for you.

    Cons

    There is no money to improve existing technology and facilities. We are using technology that can be found in historical museums. Some toilet facilities at HQ hasn't been fixed for over 6-months since there is no money to repair them. When asked when basic facilities will be fixed, there is no straight definite answer. Just to use the toilet may require going to a different floor. Some public beach facilities are... better.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to the front line people instead of direct reports. The direct reports can give a really different story than the people working the front lines. Keep up the employee surveys since that will give a better picture on how to improve the company in the long run.
