    Pros

Of course with out saying the Residents.

    Cons

Very long hours, they tell you that you have a voice in running your community but you don't. Regional micro manages to a point you wonder why you are there.

    Advice to Management

Up the pay and find a way where front line leaders feel you have their back

    Pros

RCC is more than dedicated, but not compensated near what she is worth.

    Cons

Lack of support from management. Great expectations with little support to succeed. Everyone in this company is spread so thin that you understand the lack of support, but this sets management up for failure. Bottom line is about the money.
