    Pros

Nothing positive to say about this hotel.

    Cons

I felt like I was an stepford employee. This isn't the ideal place to work. Management are liars and they don't have a problem lying to your face. They treat th GM like god...I found that to be very strange - there's a difference between a leader and god. Learn the difference.

    Advice to Management

Learn how to manage and not dictate!!!!

I have been working at Hay Adams Hotel as a contractor

    Pros

Significant reputation in the hospitality world, Leading Hotel of the World. A very good place to learn the 'know how'.

    Cons

Since it is an independently own hotel, it is difficult to grow. But with the work experience from here in your CV, that can get a good position in a hotel chain.
