I have been working at Haymex full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The people here are amazing. They have treated me like family rather than just coworkers since the day I started. There is ample opportunity to grow and be successful by putting in the time and effort. I have seen my colleagues grown and get promoted through the hard work they put in and I definitely want to follow in those footsteps. The manager is fantastic and always listens and looks out for the best opportunities for her team.

    Cons

Construction happiness so the elevators are super slow. Long hours but it's worth it at the end of the day.

I have been working at Haymex full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They have a great structure in place for their Management training program which makes you really want to work hard. Management team also provides you with plenty of support, tools, and training to go beyond your comfort zone and allows you to have real world training on being an Entrepreneur. Plus team nights are really fun, but are also a great way to network with your peers and Managers!

    Cons

It is a big commitment. You have to be fully invested and put in the hours and effort to really progress and succeed with them. There is no easy way to the top.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work motivating your employees to be the best version of themselves!

I have been working at Haymex full-time

    Pros

Energetic environment, friendly people, work hard and get rewarded accordingly.

Going from an Entry level employee to owning your own company in 1 year is the norm here.

    Cons

This is not a company for lazy people.

    Advice to Management

Offer a better base & bonus pay

I have been working at Haymex full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Haymex teaches you life lessons and develops you to be the best you. Their systems really work! They teach you everything step by step and the corporate trainers are best at what they do which is to train you to be as good as they are if not even better. There is no serniority. You could start today and surpass the person that trained you if you happen to be best and always lead with your best foot forward. Your progression depends on you. And you decide how fast you want to grow. There is no pressure. He goal is to have fun at Haymex and then make money.

    Cons

All cons I could think of exist in all other jobs

I worked at Haymex part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The people are very upbeat and friendly. The manger especially, everyone is very energetic!

    Cons

You're in a subway station all day! You're not getting paid as much as they say you will. Most of your pay is commission base, and most times you don't even make a sale!

    Advice to Management

Stop lying to the people about what they're getting. This place is a waste of time and money. Avoid it at all costs!

I have been working at Haymex full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It's a scam. I repeat, IT'S A SCAM. There are excellent glassdoor reviews and it has a strong social media presence, but do not waste your time. There are several of these companies housing interviews in the same building with the same ill intention and purpose.

    Cons

SCAM. You will not be paid properly and it is not a proper job. Quite positive there are doped Glassdoor reviews by management. They have TONS of postings on job listings sites. They do an excellent job of masking the true nature of their company on social media. No money to be made here.
