    Love the culture and the people. Very open

    Cons

    Hours sometimes can suck but they do have shift bidding which is nice.

    I worked at Hayneedle full-time

    Pros

    The company is pretty laid back. There is a lot of flexibility with what you can say to a caller and also they provide you with time to find answers that may take additional phone calls to find and also to call a customer back when necessary. The dress code is very casual. Their systems are easy to navigate. They prepare you to take calls by the middle to end of your first week.
