    Pros

    The culture on the floor is one the best I have experienced, if you just want to come into an entry level position and work for a few months then this is for you, The people at the bottom are great and very happy.

    Cons

    You will be lied to by management and hiring. I don't say that because I have been scorned I say that because there is an extreme lack of transparency and if you are promised inward movement once you start you have been told a lie. This company let 40 plus seasonal hires go via email 5 weeks early in the most impersonal way possible. Some people even had there schedules changed with no prior notification. If you need...

    Advice to Management

    From the mouth of a hiring manager "internal experience will always far outweigh external experience" Do not keep putting your workers with the most potential down. The retention rate is too low. Also if you intend for a meeting to be set in a certain tone, don't call it a conversation call it a meeting. Transparency is key and our management lack it. Feed back works two ways be willing to except upward feed back

    There was flexible scheduling and shift bidding at the time - work from home offered . This was the only positive

    Cons

    Management -constant turnover -everybody is lost or doing someone else's job . I don't appreciate being lied to or having something changed every five minutes
