    I have been working at Hayneedle full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    I love how casual and laid back the Hayneedle workplace is. Everyone pretty much gets along and the job itself is not difficult.

    Cons

    The lack of communication from the supervisors and other higher up employees is lacking. There is often confusion amongst teams. Seems like they are never on the same page. Also, the rules and the way we do things is often changing and it gets confusing. It's hard to be doing things one way for so long and then have to change our policies 2 times within a few months. Another thing is, they claim to hire and promote internally...

    free popcorn if they remember

    Cons

    They lie to you that its a family environment, which isn't true. They lie about when your benefits will start, they lie about taking time off. They sweet talk you and if you make a mistake or ask questions; you are fired. Every call you take, you will say sorry. The training is okay but it's not reality. The supervisors are not educated (no college degree). The agents have more education than the supervisors and managers.
