I have been working at Hayneedle full-time

    Pros

Empowers employees and really helps grow individuals into the smart, innovative people they are. Teamwork is important here, and everyone has a great dynamic with each other. It’s a company filled with innovative, smart people who are passionate about growing the business. Ideas are welcome, encouraged, and listened to. Cons

Hard work, which is not necessarily a “con” per se, however, combined with long hours, and the rapid pace of this company- it can get overwhelming. Definitely not the place for someone who lacks ambition.

    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Hayneedle full-time for more than 4 years

    Pros

The culture is great and there are fun, supplementary benefits that almost make up for the pay deficit - summer hours, for example.

    Cons

The biggest con is the lousy paycheck. The benefits are mediocre and the growth opportunities only exist in certain departments.

    Advice to Management

Upper management is generally very involved and open to feedback.
