    Pros

Sometimes smaller work environments can be good. Smaller environments allow you to get to know the people you work with as well as those in positions 'above' you.

    Cons

This district just gives me bad vibes. So much just seems unprofessional. The building I am in may be the biggest issue. Very hands off, VERY impersonal. Some days I wonder how the administrators got their jobs.

    Pros

Great teachers who really care about their kids and their craft.

    Cons

Administrators tie the hands of the teachers, preventing them from implementing what teachers know is best for their kids. Administrators do not respect or support the teachers when it comes to disciplining students. Administrators bend to the will of the parents who bully the district to get their way. Students are spoiled and know they can get away with almost anything.
