I have been working at Hays as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Top company to work for, Hays is a company that really is all about your development. Training from day one is really hands on everyone is really happy to help you to become successful. My manager has definitely helped me through this first 12 weeks and I feel very positive about my role here. Really felt like part of the team from day one. My office in particular is like one big family! Hays is a place I would recommend to anyone who asked! It really has changed my life and given me the tools to help develop myself at a pace that suits me. 10/10

    Cons

The only thing that I saw as a con at the beginning was my lack of experience. My outlook on this has completely changed due to regular catch ups, constant training days and training from my managers, regular team meetings that help have helped me evolve and see that I am doing well and that with the right tools I can do it!

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what your doing!
