I have been working at Hays full-time

    Pros

In depth training given to properly arm new starters like myself with the tools needed to carry out the role successfully. Lots of emphasis on learning from your own experiences with encouragement towards trying things and making mistakes to be able to learn from them.

    Cons

Not for people who are afraid to work hard. Your hard work will pay off though and you will also receive recognition for it

I have been working at Hays full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Hays has it all - great career opportunities, outstanding training, strong reward structure and above all a fabulous culture. People who are determined to work hard and deliver against high personal expectations can do brilliantly here. While it's fast paced and competitive it's also very team orientated; people work well together to achieve great results which not only makes the business more successful but also a lot more fun.

    Cons

You have to roll with the ups and downs that recruitment brings and the knock backs can be tough so you need to be resilient and put the effort in.

    Advice to Management

Keep working on the culture; it's unique and special
