    Pros

Exposure to friendly Directors and Managers with a wealth of expertise to draw from. Though, understandably, the bulk of this depends on the region within which you work, the friendliness and support with which my career has developed is unparalleled. Comprehensive training programme helping you to propel both your responsibility and earnings. Enjoyable to come to work each morning, great team.

    Cons

Though it does require a stiff upper lip to be in recruitment, the regional team are very supportive and teach you how to cope profitably with negative outcomes from candidates and clients, alike

Great feedback, thank you very much. I'm happy to hear more experienced recruiting experts in our business are supporting you through the Associate programme. All the best.

I have been working at Hays plc full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Here are some reasons as to why you should work at Hays. There is a great team atmosphere and you can make real friendships. The management are very supportive and will back you 100%. The training schemes are brilliant, there is so much time and resources given to your training. There are often incentives with prizes given to reward work and effort.

    Cons

You have to be prepared to work long hours and be able to stay late/come in early when needed.

    Advice to Management

Staff retention on the whole is a problem and I believe something needs to change to be able to keep staff for longer periods of time.
