    Pros

    Hays has lots of different trades job. They have big experience in employment. Big agency so they have lots of colleagues.

    Cons

    Not always available the individual colleague. Not always continuous the job supply. Not available electronically the candidates docusign registration form.

    Advice to Management

    Try to make a better connection between the employer and the potential candidates by give it a chance to them.

    Gave me a chance with no experience
    Good group of colleagues

    Cons

    Promote people purely on fee basis, you end up with some terrible managers who are very good billers.
    Hard to move up the chain as they have enough managers in most areas already.

    Stop promoting the wrong people

    Great progression, your career is mapped out from the moment you start
    Good commission structure, a lot of money can be made!
    Good social scene

    Cons

    Can feel a bit intense at times, very sales focussed and target driven. Can also feel like a bit of a cult at times!

    Advice to Management

    Accept that recruitment isn't black and white, and different specialisms should have different approaches. Also need to accept it's a lot easier to make money in some specialisms so targets should be adjusted accordingly.
