They're more about the upper management then the real workers

Set schedule, paid holidays, benefits from day 1
Cons
They lay off a lot of low paying positions but upper management keeps getting big bonuses, raises and promotions. Not to mention all the useless remodeling that costs needless money just for appearances.

Pros
HQ is near a few good places to eat lunch. Parking is free. Snacks are free in the office if you are located at the HQ. The manufacturing plant in NC is a cool trip, so ask to go.
Cons
Very old school mentality with management- If you don't fit the white-collar office mold, you will be stuck in your role forever. Management is not good at managing their team members. The company culture is that they don't have a culture- they just try to do anything that they see someone else do without any alignment or theme.
