    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Hcareers full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I work with the best people I could imagine, from the top down. Fun, funny, helpful and everyone has a desire to succeed.

    Cons

The hardest part is having to wake up early but you get to leave early too.

    Advice to Management

    Let us telecommute sometimes.

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

Small group of people,It's good to work for a leader in the field. Good location and I love my clients

    Cons

Poor management, since sold to private company the family respect and fun times have ceased.
Poor sales approach to business, nothing changes and there is sometimes an ego feel to the company like were the only option for our clients

    Advice to Management

Be in the office would be great to see you and ask questions. Don't always believe all you hear as face value, get to know your staff and what their needs are and not the people who just talk alot
