Great coworkers and supportive management. Company leadership is encouraging and helpful. Lots of PTO.

    Cons

Some weekend and after-hours work is required but this is very minimal (3-4 times a year)

    Advice to Management

Would like to see better health benefits for families.

I worked at Healix Infusion Therapy full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

One hour lunch. Weekends off, holiday pay, baked goods, water, tea, coffe, along with other treats. Pay is okay could pay at least market value

    Cons

Work short staff, rotating schedule, gossip about everything . Heavy turn around. Employee pick and choose what they feel like doing. Pharmacist are clueless .

    Advice to Management

Better pay, 401 k match, better staffing, hiring more Employes, more sick leave, more hours to carry over. Hard to take vacation .

I worked at Healix Infusion Therapy part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I gained good experience as a technician working here for a year. Coming from a hospital I had never worked with elastomeric devices/pumps or tapped bubbles out of an IV bag. Slow at first but after you do a few thousand you will naturally get better. Baked goods and donuts in the break room were nice! 1-hour lunch breaks, weekends off, rotating holidays and you only work until noon.

    Cons

Medical premiums are a bit on the higher end, annual raises are not guaranteed, and no 401k match. They have a business to run and tight budgets in certain areas so I understand. At the end of the day you still get a paycheck.

Rotating shifts may not be good for your health/sleeping pattern in the long run.

    Advice to Management

    Have a nice day!

I have been working at Healix Infusion Therapy full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I have gained valuable experience so far by working on meaningful projects allowing me to grow and learn as a professional. I work closely with senior management and I'm inspired daily by their passion for the innovation and growth of this company.

    Cons

The office space and break rooms are outdated and need to be renovated.
The commute to Sugarland, TX, is not very bad, but the office should be more centrally located in Houston.
The benefits aren't great, but pay is good.

    Advice to Management

Be open to new innovative ideas and procedures that new team members bring to the table.

I worked at Healix Infusion Therapy full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The pay was ok. The break room was always stocked with water, coffee, tea and condiments.

    Cons

Management is horrible. All of the staff are spies, everyone except your supervisor is watching you. The benefits are minimal and expensive, no matching 401k. Staff members will lie and manipulate one another.

    Advice to Management

Management is very messy and unobservant. Management relies on the commentary of others to supervise staff. Management should try harder to not show favoritism.
