    Great work life balance. Great team to work for. Interesting work.

    On-boarding needs improvement. Would be nice to have more gym facilities on site.

    Stable, good pension, respect for the workplace is supoorted.

    Cons

    Hard to move up if you're not located in Ottawa.

    Advice to Management

    Try harder to retain people with high education and experience by giving them permanent positions and not casual employment.

    Opportunities to earn a great income with overtime
    Many clinics are nurse led

    Cons

    Management does not address issues in a timely manner.
    Remote nurses have little access to Internet/ communication with family.
    Support staff employed by bands are not adequate
    High risk of workplace violence/ injuries
    No opportunity to maintain healt and fitness for nursing staff

    Advice to Management

    Improve internet access
    Improve security at nursing stations
    Hold band employed staff accountable for their jobs
    All nursing residences should have fitness equipment
