Pros
Great relationships with co-workers Fun bonding activities
Cons
Constantly told that you are going to get fired I was a consistent recruiter doing better than 80% of my office. I was told at LEAST once a week that I was going to get fired. One of my managers told me that it was fine and told an 'inspiring' story of how one past employee was told she was going to get fired for 2 years straight. Don't have the tools necessary to succeed. Purposefully stress you and your managers out as a push to succeed. I have had over 7 co-workers cry to me about this job. No joke... don't do it. Work/life balance is literally discouraged. Don't fall for it in your interview. They hire to fire

Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. We are glad to hear you enjoyed your coworkers and the team culture we create at HC. We are concerned to see some of the other statements in a public forum and we would appreciate if you could reach out to your HR contact and provide more specifics so we can continue to make our organization a great place to work for all. Our leaders work hard to ensure our employees are given all the tools, resources, and coaching they need to succeed and it sounds like overall this position wasn't the right fit for you. We wish you luck in your next career move.

Pros
Nice office environment. Open space, walking treadmills. Nice breakroom.
Cons
Misleading management. High pressure sales. Too many meetings to meet metrics. Condescending feedback given. Will ask you to work all hours of the day and night to make at least 500 phone calls to people who have repeatedly asked to be removed from their call list, but they don't care. Predatory and borderline harassing phone calls is what you'll be subjected to.

Pros
Solid work environment (very forced upon) that’s about it
Cons
Huge disconnect between management and lower levels, unrealistic metrics and KPI’s based on markets, scripted management reviews, terrible base pay and commission structure compared to other agencies, little to no career growth. I’d you want a cookie cutter corporate sales position based out of a boring man with a boring life in a movie, then this is perfect for you

Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. We’re concerned to hear your frustrations as we work hard to make sure our employees are compensated fairly based on salary and uncapped commission for our sales roles. Our leaders also work hard to ensure all our people are given the tools, resources, and coaching they need to succeed but we understand this might not have been a long term fit for your goals and we wish you the best in your next opportunities.

Pros
For the most part, the people you work with are great. Hybrid schedule is nice, though this position could and should be fully remote.
Cons
Upper management has no idea what they are talking about. They preach about how well we are doing to the company, but behind closed doors it is a dumpster fire.

Pros
I made stupid money. I genuinely loved my job. I loved a handful of managers. Life was good.
Cons
Read your "Non Compete" with a lawyer, along with every other document they send your way. Trust your gut. Don't plan on using your PTO for anything at all. Trust and believe it will be thrown in your face later.. Definitely not allowed in their book. Speak up politely about the shady practices, your job is threatened. Be prepared to be gaslit daily, threatened, and talked down to the second your nurse count slips. They scream culture and acceptance and they are a "family environment" but will proceed to let you know how much of a terrible person.you are for putting your family's needs first. Proceed with caution. Nurses don't like you, staff don't like you, clients don't like you. You are the literal laughing stock of the travel nurse world from all angles. Quit blaming recruiters when nurses refuse to work for this comedy show. Quit blaming account managers when the clients don't want to do business with this chaotic mess. Take ownership and maybe try to repair the damage before the ship sinks and you have to file bankruptcy...that's where you all are headed.

Pros
casual work environment, people are nice, rules are based around keeping recruiting happy
Cons
no room to grow, too much "tail wagging the dog." the company is ran by recruiting - right or wrong.
