I have been working at Health Dimensions Group full-time

    Pros

Values driven organization- integrity with everything that is done. The Director level and above care about you and your life, allowing you to take care of things that come up outside of work. The owners really care and openly talk about the values at company meetings, informal gatherings, etc. Every new employee has a welcome breakfast and the orientation plan they put together makes you feel welcome!

    Cons

Not really anything- they are very friendly and want to make things good for employees.

I have been working at Health Dimensions Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The company is small and privately held, which makes it easy to break down the barriers or intimidation factor that can arise in communication between the executive leadership and those at the administrative level. Employees are encouraged to learn and improve their skills.

    Cons

Compensation starting out is not where it could be, and opportunities for an increase are minimal.

Founders strived to create a "family" environment (at least at corporate).

    Median wages and benefits.

    Cons

Everyone at corporate and consulting works within silos. There is no professional plan or vision.

    Advice to Management

Take a look at middle and senior management....
